The creative quick tips set of videos on Linda.com taught me a lot about new things that I can do in Photoshop with filters and masks. The first video taught me about how to use double exposure with photos with lots of contrast. I learned about brush presets and how they can basically imprint an image onto a mask and it makes things like this much easier. Finally, I learned how gradient masks can complete an image with a lack of color. Here is what I created and how I did it: 

The second video I watched was about creating a painting look in Photoshop. This video didn't teach me a lot other than the technique to make oil paintings in Photoshop. I knew about filters and how they could change a photo, but now I have actually seen and used them. Here is my final image and images of my process:
